   You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or place an order.

2. Products & Food Safety
   The Gourmutt Kitchen produces fresh, gently cooked, frozen dog food and related pet products.

All food products are perishable and intended for canine consumption only.

Because our products are perishable:

• Orders cannot be canceled once processed for fulfillment.

• Returns are not accepted for fulfilled food products.

1. Orders & Fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

Pickup Orders:
Orders marked for pickup are considered final once collected.

Local Delivery:
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and proper storage upon receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed retrieval.

Shipped Orders:
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected frequency.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until canceled prior to the next billing date.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotions, subscription discounts, and multi-pack discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

1. Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for dogs only.

We are not liable for allergic reactions, improper storage, feeding outside recommended guidelines, or veterinary outcomes.

Pet owners are responsible for consulting their veterinarian before making dietary changes.
