REFUND POLICY

Because our products are perishable frozen food, the following policy applies.

Food Products

We do not accept returns on fulfilled food orders.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Pickup Orders

Orders are final once collected.

Non-Food Items

Unused and unopened non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
