Our Roswell kitchen is a working bakery with a retail counter — come watch. You'll see sweet potatoes shredded, proteins portioned, and every batch packaged fresh, right in front of you. The smell hits you before you're even through the door — proteins, vegetables, and treats, all cooking at once. Then grab a treat from the shelf on your way out.
Phase 01Sourcing the season
We buy from restaurant purveyors — the same distributors delivering to Atlanta's kitchens. Turkey, beef, and produce, restaurant-quality, always.
Phase 02Baked by hand, in small batches
No extruders, no mystery meal. Recipes are gently baked in small batches, portioned, and frozen fresh — never shelf-stable.
