Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

At The Gourmutt Kitchen, certain products may be offered as subscription purchases. This policy explains how recurring orders are billed, modified, or canceled.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout (for example, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks).

Billing & Payments

  • Your payment method is securely stored through our Shopify subscription system.

  • You will be automatically charged on your scheduled billing date for each recurring order.

  • Subscription pricing reflects any active subscription discount at the time of billing.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is modified or canceled.


Managing Your Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

You can:

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Skip an upcoming shipment

  • Update your shipping address

  • Cancel your subscription entirely

Subscription management is available through the link included in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.

Processing Cutoff

Because our products are fresh, gently cooked, and frozen for safety and quality, subscription changes must be made prior to the upcoming billing date.

Once a recurring order has been processed and prepared for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.


Perishable Product Policy

All Gourmutt Kitchen products are perishable frozen food items.

For food safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns on fulfilled food orders.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and prepared.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Pre-Orders & Trial Programs

We do not currently offer pre-orders or “try before you buy” programs.

If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
